How to use our Virtual Community

What is Enders Island Virtual Community?

As part of the Enders Island Virtual Community, you’ll have access to a growing library of resources where we share our experiences and offer spiritual care.

Do I need a subscription?

Many of our programs are available free with no subscription necessary! We will always provide free resources to our Virtual Community. Some of our premium programming is available only to our subscribers. To access this content, you will need to purchase a subscription plan. To do so, simply click "Join us" at the top of the website header, or select "Subscribe Today" from the Virtual Community drop-down list and choose whether you would like to subscribe on a monthly or annual basis. Our subscription comes with a 60-day Free Trial, so you can access all of our premium subscription-only content at no cost for two months! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel at any time. If you cancel before the trial period ends, you will not be charged.

Okay, I'm subscribed. How do I log in to view the premium content?

Simply navigate to the homepage and click "Log In" in the top right corner with the credentials you signed up with. If you signed up with email click "Login with email"; your username is your email address. If you signed up with google, click "Sign in with Google," & if you signed up with Facebook, click "Sign in with Facebook. If you do not see the words "Log In" in the top right, you are already signed in. Your password is the password you created when you signed up for the site. Once you are logged in, you will see your profile in the top right hand corner instead of the words "Log In." Your account options can be found by clicking on your profile. If you have not created a profile picture yet, you will see a circle with your initials in place of your profile picture. Once you are logged in to the site, any content that previously said "Subscribe to Continue" will now show your subscription-only content.

This isn't for me. How do I cancel my subscription?

Once you are logged in, click your profile in the top right corner. Go to "My Subscriptions" on the drop down menu and cancel your subscription.

I signed up for a Free Trial but my card got charged! What's the deal?

Unfortunately, it is possible that you signed up for the free trial and then instead of logging in, you signed up and entered your payment info a 2nd time, which our system processes as "finalizing" your subscription and ending the trial period. We're working on getting this changed. In the meantime, if you have any problems or need to cancel or refund your subscription for any reason, please contact
