We are blessed to be celebrating 70 years of service proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ in word and deed, through the care and support we offer all visitors and retreatants who cross our causeway seeking to experience God's healing, redeeming, and renewing love.
• For 70 years 25,550 masses have been celebrated, providing spiritual renewal, fellowship, and hope to all who attend.
• Walking our grounds and gardens for over 280 seasons, countless visitors have experienced tranquility and the richness of God’s creative genius.
• Since the first daily AA 12-step meeting began in 1967, over 20,800 meetings have welcomed those seeking help in recovery.
• For the past 20 years St. Edmund’s Retreat has fostered young men in recovery from over 25 states in a post-treatment recovery residence program, guiding transformative and life changing experiences and enabling a new way of life.
• Enders Island has been a home and retreat ministry for priests, seminarians, religious, and lay people from across the nation, providing respite and renewal so they could return to serve in their ministries.
• During the pandemic our weekly Sunday Mass and retreat programs transitioned to an online format, bringing our messages of hope and healing to all; we continue to include online access today.
